Delivery of Goods

Delivery dates given by the seller are approximate only and do not form part of the contract. The seller accepts no liability if delivery dates are not met. The seller reserves the right to amend its prices without prior notice.

Critical Healthcare Ltd Limited reserves the right to update its published prices. The Buyer has the reponsibility to check product pricing and any discounts or special prices at the time of ordering. Any requests for bulk pricing, export or tenders will be made on an ex-works basis only.

Carriage is not quoted in the price list and will be charged at the current rate on all orders. The seller will endeavor to use the most cost effective means of delivery but makes no guarantees regarding delivery. Restrictions on the sale of certain goods apply and the seller reserves the right to refuse orders where restrictions apply. The buyer is requested to co-operate fully when certain checks are required by Company Policy, and various national regulations.

Goods cannot be returned without the prior permission of Critical Healthcare Ltd Limited and the issue of a valid returns authorisation number which must be clearly marked on the outer carton packaging (not the product packaging). Goods must be returned complete with the manufacturers packaging and instructions in an un-damaged and re-saleable condition. Goods not returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions may (at the discretion of Critical Healthcare Ltd Limited) either not be accepted or attract a 20% re-stocking and administration charge (whether or not a credit is due). Issue of a return authorisation number does not constitute acceptance by the seller that a credit will be made. Risk in returned goods will not pass to Critical Healthcare Ltd Limited until a credit is made. Carriage charges are not included as part of any refunds due, and goods have to be returned at the customers cost.

Any alleged defects or delivery shortages must be notified by the Buyer to Critical Healthcare Ltd Limited within 3 days of delivery. Complaints in respect of alleged defects will not be grounds for the Buyer to withhold payments, and give no right of set-off against payment due from the Buyer to Critical Healthcare Ltd Limited.

Credit will not be issued for returned Goods, which, in the opinion of Critical Healthcare Ltd Limited, are in an unsaleable condition. Returning goods to the seller is the responsibility of the buyer. If the goods are returned because of a fault by Critical Healthcare Ltd Limited or a valid product defect as stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Critical Healthcare Ltd Limited may at its discretion refund reasonable costs of return when issuing a credit. Where a credit is refused the goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Goods of a type not normally held in stock, and therefore specifically ordered are non-returnable except under any warranty.

Under no circumstances will Critical Healthcare Ltd Limited be liable for
